This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how LigaData, Inc. and its related companies (“Company”) collect, use and share personal information of users of these websites, and (the “Sites”) and any applications (“Apps”) associated with the Sites. This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites that post different statements.


We get information about you in a range of ways.

You shall not upload, provide or submit any Restricted Information to the Site or Application. LigaData shall have no responsibility related to Restricted Information.

  • LigaData processes personal data to register you as a new or potential customer and provide administration of our website and Products. “Opt-in” boxes are provided for explicit consent upon direct marketing and email subscriptions.

  • LigaData may use the Personal Data collected to occasionally provide newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that is relevant to the users and administrators of our Service.
